Peter
Fedun
Sound
|
Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Peter Fedun has made Montreal his home for the past 18 years working in a number of creative mediums but with a distinct preference for sound design. While studying Communications at Concordia University, Peter started working with Contemporary Dance Companies creating and recording Soundscapes & Music.
In 2004 when Canus Tempus Director, Andrew Cuk asked him to create and perform a live Soundscape for his Fringe Festival production of Juliet & Romeo. Peter jumped at the opportunity to return to live performance after a 20 year hiatus. With Quixote, his second collaboration with Canus Tempus, Peter will continue to explore his fascination with the sounds of daily life through a collection of "found objects" crude, hand-made instruments and computer manipulation. |
