“Speak, Memory…And tell the tale once more in our time.”
Margaret Atwood has taken Homer’s advice and tells the tale once more of the Trojan War, but from the point of view of Penelope, the wife who stayed home. In her remarkable style, Atwood blows away the cobwebs from the myth and refashions it as a story for our very own time. Come see John Abbott’s Theatre Workshop in this funny and poignant tale of the women left behind.
